INTERPOL Red Notices.
Issued by INTERPOL, the international law enforcement information sharing organization, Red Notices seek the arrest or provisional arrest of a wanted person with a view to extradition to the requesting jurisdiction. Red Notices are issued for a wide variety of alleged offenses, some of which are political in nature and of doubtful legitimacy. | Estlund Law brings unsurpassed knowledge, exhaustive research, and sharp legal thinking to determine all possible grounds for fighting wrongly issued Red Notices. |
INTERPOL Red Notice Defense
Clients for whom a Red Notice has been issued face an extremely stressful, intimidating situation. Some are already under arrest; some choose to flee and go into hiding. When they reach out to us, we study the case; investigate whether charges were correctly filed; communicate with INTEPROL on behalf of the clients; and when appropriate, seek removal of the Red Notice.
International Criminal Defense: Pending Investigations
When a client is made aware of a pending criminal investigation, we act as a liaison between the client and the investigating agency to determine and limit the client's possible exposure. We help clients learn the charges they may be facing and how to mitigate their legal jeopardy.
International Criminal Defense: Prior to Arrest
If an arrest is imminent, we work closely with clients to prepare their defense and establish control over the timing and pace of proceedings. Whether the client chooses to turn him- or herself in or not, our goal is to alleviate as much of the uncertainty in the process as possible.
