“I was arrested in Italy due to an absurd fraud complaint against me brought in Paraguay, a South American country where I had managed an investment made by a Brazilian company. This complaint generated an international order of arrest with the allegation I had not appeared in a first hearing after a complaint. I was arrested in Milan where I was on a business trip and Paraguay requested my extradition, just due to an allegation that I had not appeared at a hearing. The truth is that the complaint was completely false and I had never been even informed about the hearing.

Anyhow, I've got to know Ms. Estlund through a press article published about Interpol's mistakes and injustices. By phone we spoke for the first time when I was still under house arrest in Milan. I had a good first impression and hired her. We worked together and it was a nice experience. And after 8 months, Interpol judged our case and decided to remove my name from the Red Notice list.
